Booking Information 📝

• Advance Payment: 30% deposit required at the time of booking

• Full Payment: Due at least 21 days before the tour start date

• Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email with all details will be sent after payment is received

• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or PayPal

• Required Details: Full name, passport number, nationality, and arrival/departure flight details

Cancellation Policy ❗

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus bank charges)

• 21–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package price

• Less than 21 days before departure: No refund

• No-show: No refund

• Note: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation request
