1. Booking & Payment

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our control.

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

• We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
