1. General Refund Conditions
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our official address.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service booked.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
Bank or payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
2. Tour Package Cancellations & Refunds
30 days or more before tour start date – 90% refund of the total amount paid.
15 to 29 days before tour start date – 50% refund of the total amount paid.
14 days or less before tour start date – No refund.
No-shows or early departure during the tour – No refund.
3. Hotel & Service Provider Policies
Some hotels, activity providers, and transport services may have separate cancellation rules. In such cases, their specific policies will apply, and we will inform you of any non-refundable components at the time of booking.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once confirmed:
Visa application fees
Airline tickets (subject to airline refund rules)
Government taxes and entrance fees
Custom-made tours or special event bookings
5. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, etc.), refunds will be subject to supplier policies and any applicable administrative charges.
